If you are a Seller:

  •   Your listing will be marketed effectively to reach the highest exposure to potential buyers. A specific marketing plan may include the following:

o   Carefully prepared Comparative Market Analysis (CMA) to analyze the value of your home.

o   Professional photographs taken of your house.

o   Professionally designed flyers.

o   Direct marketing of your property to all agents in the county. This gives unique exposure to thousands of agents in your county through direct marketing.

o   Exposure on popular websites including but not limited to MLS, Zillow.com, Realtor.com, Homefinder.com among many others.

o   Weekly tracking and reporting of # of views of pictures and virtual tour.

o   Marketing in HOA newsletters and publications (where available)

  • Personalized service means that I will answer every phone call and I will guide you through all aspects of this complex process. E.g. I do not use automated scheduling services for showings like many other agents etc. This allows me to have direct contact with prospective buyers and their agents.
  • When selling a house I will follow up with buyer’s agents myself on every showing to gather feedback on the house. This allows for timely insights on how your property appeals to potential buyers.
  • Frequent sharing of feedback and open communication with all clients
